Este hábitat, que cada familia acondiciona, genera una calidad independiente y propia, que se puede entender como forma de habitar particular e íntima, que es expresada y vivida por cada tipo de familia. El territorio condiciona el hábitat, en él la cultura y la sociedad desarrollan formas particulares de habitar. Las costumbres de un territorio como San Rafael, hacen que las familias que allí habitan adopten modelos de vivir particulares. Ahora, más que nunca se está pensando en no tener familia numerosa, ya que económicamente no es sostenible y la dinámica global ya no está en función de una familia numerosa como en su momento lo fue, por tradición. El hábitat se ve condicionado a transformarse y adaptarse a estas nuevas formas de vivir que se dan gracias a los cambios generacionales. Si bien la cultura y la sociedad en la que se vive influencian en gran medida la forma en que se habita un espacio, también sabemos que el cambio de esta cultura y el pensamiento de la sociedad llevan a modificar nuevas formas de apropiarse de un espacio.

These houses are mass produced. It will be a place which will have thousands of ways of living. Also, it will generate an independent habitat in each house. This habitat is conditioned by each family, and it generates an independent and own quality. It could be understood as a particular and intimate way of inhabiting, which is expressed and lived by each type of family. The territory determines the habitat, where the culture and society develop particular ways of inhabiting. The customs of a territory like San Rafael, make those families which live there adopt particular models of living. Now, more than ever, people think about not having a large family. Since, economically it is not sustainable and the global dynamic is no longer in function of that kind of families, as it was before, because it was a tradition. The habitat is conditioned to transform and adapt it to these new ways of living. Those new ways are given due to generational changes.
