description En este estudio se busca identificar y describir aquellos factores involucrados en el proceso de aprendizaje de estudiantes latinos y sus resultados.Ya que este es un estudio de enfoque fenomenológico se pretende analizar un patrón en específico presentado en los estudiantes de la comunidad Latina para esto fueron utilizados instrumentos de recolección de información tales como: Entrevistas individuales, grupales y el método de observación todo esto en conjunto entrega una vista general de lo que se busca identificar y permite realizar un análisis de los factores que se encuentran a lo largo de la investigación. Los resultados muestran cómo diversos factores tales como: miedo hablar, falta de compromiso con el curso, un contexto el cual no ayuda mucho son grandes influyentes en la proficiencia de los estudiantes latinos, para concluir esto los estudiantes Latinos han creado sus propios obstáculos , factores los cuales pueden ser prevenidos desde el mismo estudiante.

Since this is a phenomenological approach study, it is intended to analyze a specific pattern presented among the students of the Latino community, In order to collect this kind of information some instruments were used such as: individual interviews, group interviews and the observation method, all this together deliver an overview of what is sought to identify and allows an analysis of the factors found throughout the investigation.
