The following essay endeavors to present an analysis of the ontological concept within the insight of the priest Rafael García-Herreros. Notwithstanding, to do it so the comprehension about human integrity resolved as an emergent agent and as well as a vivid participant between the relationship with other subjects and the world. Above all, the aim of this essay is to set a contribution in which the ontological insight of García-Herreros’ offers a conception and meaning for being a teacher. Moreover, this particular way of thinking is shaped by an ontological performance model, based as well, on the will, the knowledge and the power of transforming society through a dialectical process over the joint of human practices within the inner and external world. In the same way, this paper will try to comprehend the link between the ontology insight and the pedagogy practice, thus these are bounded and together, they contribute to the praxeological pedagogy focus, in which teachers are self-conscious about the reflexiveness of their deeds. |

Para ello se emplean fragmentos de escritos y discursos del mismo García-Herreros que permiten la comprensión del concepto de sujeto desde la integridad del ser humano —tanto como agente emergente así como partícipe de la relación con los demás sujetos y con el mundo—. De este modo, se intenta configurar el aporte que desde el pensamiento ontológico de García-Herreros se da a la concepción y al significado de ser maestro, a la vez que se construye un modelo de formación ontológica basado en la voluntad, el saber y el poder para transformar la sociedad por medio de un proceso dialéctico en el que se traza la importancia del vínculo entre el sujeto, su mundo interno, y a la vez el mundo externo. En consecuencia, la comprensión de la interrelación entre ontología y pedagogía se constituirá como eje principal de este texto que, además, busca aportar a la reflexión sobre competencias docentes desde el enfoque de la pedagogía praxeológica.Este artigo de reflexão faz uma análise do conceito de vocação ontológica no pensamento do padre Rafael Garcia-Herreros. Para isso utilizam-se fragmentos de escritos e discursos do mesmo García-Herreros que permitem a compreensão do conceito de sujeito desde a integralidade do ser humano-tanto como agente emergente assim como partícipe da relação com os demais sujeitos e com o mundo. Desta maneira, tenta-se configurar a contribuição que desde o pensamento ontológico de García-Herreros se dá à conceição e ao significado de ser mestre, ao mesmo tempo em que se constrói um modelo de formação ontológica baseado na vontade, o saber e o poder para transformar a sociedade por meio de um processo dialético no qual se traça a importância do vínculo entre o sujeito, seu mundo interno e ao mesmo tempo o mundo externo.
