This place is composed not only by display people, who after fourteen years still live in precarious conditions, but also by a host community, that similarly, still has worrisome rates of poverty and even has been facing a new form of marginalization: that is to be excluded from governmental benefits obtained by those who consider them invading its territory and agents of undesirable behavior. It emphasizes the factors that cause fragmentation of the fabric of society and undermine the self-management processes. FROM A RAILWAY STATION TO A REFUGE FOR ALLinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articlehttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_2df8fbb111634/36407oai:repository.usta.edu.co:11634/364072023-07-14 16:21:52.641metadata only accessRepositorio Universidad Santo Tomásnoreply@usta.edu.co
