In view of this panorama, it emerges the competitiveness in the frame of the professionalization and the education as an alternative instrument of fiscal policy that contributes significantly to the performance of the country as for productivity.El presente documento analiza los efectos derivados del déficit fiscal en Colombia. Los impactos en la deuda pública, y el establecimiento de una política fiscal restrictiva acompañada de reformas tributarias son algunos de los factores determinantes que van en contra de estabilidad financiera del país.
