Summary: | This article shares the results of a research project entitled "Diagnostic Study of Teacher Training and Development at the University of Santo Tomas Bucaramanga", which was developed in order to establish the impact that teacher training programs conducted at the institution have had in the teaching exercise, the appropriation of curriculum management tools, educational and pedagogical research, publications and production of educational materials among others, actions that reflect the skills taught at the institution. The significance of the results is that they have become a reference to create the Institutional System of Continuing Teacher Training at the USTA SIFOPP Bucaramanga, led by the Academic Administration through the Center for Studies in Education Bucaramanga, within the duration of the development plan 2010-2013. |
