La responsabilidad social empresarial (a partir de ahora como RSE) ha ido cobrando importancia en las décadas de los 80 y los 90; sin embargo, hasta hace unos 15 años ha tenido una gran aceptación mundial y ha formado un espacio dentro de la estructuras empresariales, generando un cambio desde la base de las empresas como fuera de la organización creando una cultura de RSE, independiente de su objetivo social y de su tamaño. Usar las bondades de la RSE como una propuesta provechosa en un sector tan particular como es la construcción, dado que es dinámico y genera un impacto en el crecimiento económico de cada país por las siguientes razones: incremento de producto interno bruto, interacción con casi todas las actividades económicas y utilización de mano de obra. Para esto se sugiere seguir la ideología en la que la empresa tiene cabida en la parte social y ambiental. Enfocándolos en los lineamientos, valores y principios que ofrece la organización para generar un marco práctico para elaborarlas donde se incluyen y analizan con detenimiento los problemas sociales, en temas como: derechos humanos, medio ambiente, trabajo y lucha contra la corrupción. Demostrando la responsabilidad social como complemento de la información financiera. |

Use the benefits of CSR as a profitable proposal in such a particular sector is the construction, since it is dynamic and has an impact on economic growth in each country for the following reasons increase in gross domestic product, interaction with almost all economic activities and use of labor.
