But this is not a situation that concerns only authorities or parents, corporations also have an important role in social responsibility by ensuring that their technology resources are not used by employees or third parties in favor of benefitting or encouraging this crime.La pornografía infantil es un flagelo social y en Colombia su difusión a través de internet está tipificada como delito. Según la Ley 1336 de 2009 “quien alimente con pornografía infantil bases de datos de internet, con o sin fines de lucro” podrá hacerse acreedor a prisión o sanciones económicas. La masificación de internet y el relativo anonimato que esta proporciona a quienes la utilizan, ha hecho que personas dedicadas a la industria de la pornografía infantil encuentren en la red un ambiente propicio para sus actividades delictivas.
