description This study is part of the project called "Fami­liar cocoa agriculture and associativity in the West of Boyacá" managed by the GIDICON Group of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia. The research develo­ped tries to highlight the transcendental role that the cocoa-grower woman has played in the sustainable regional development of the Municipality of Mari pi Boyacá in the post-conflict period. To this end, from the case study, in the association ASOCAPAZ, it is evident how the woman with her enter­prising spirit is the protagonist of sustai­nable development: (i) in the social sphere, generating actions from the rural family, in the search of the countryside rebirth as an opportunity for inclusion; (ii) in the economic sphere, its leadership supports the activities necessary to overcome poverty; and (iii) in the environmental perspective, their actions contribute to the application of Good Envi­ronmental Practices and Good Agricultural Practices, in this sense, the substitution of crops allows an important improvement in the environment of the Municipality of Maripi.

La investigación desarrolla­da intenta exaltar el papel trascendental que la mujer cacaocultora ha desempeñado en el desarrollo regional sostenible en el municipio de Maripí, Boyacá, en el período del postconflicto. Para tal fin, a partir del estudio de caso, en la asociación ASOCAPAZ, se evidencia cómo la mujer con su espíritu emprendedor es protagonista del desarrollo sostenible:(i) en el ámbito social,generando acciones desde la familia campesina, en la búsqueda del renacer del campo como una oportunidad de inclusión; (ii) en el ámbito económico, su liderazgo apoya las activi­dades necesarias para la superación de la pobreza; y (iii) en la perspectiva ambiental, sus acciones contribuyen en la aplicación de buenas prácticas ambientales y agrícolas, en este sentido, la sustitución de cultivos permite un mejoramiento importante en el medio ambiente del municipio de Maripí. Cette étude s'inscrit dans le cadre du pro jet intitulé''.Agriculture familiale: production de cacao et associativité a l'ouest de Boyacá -Colombie", géré par le groupe GIDICON de l'Université Pédagogique et Technologique de Colombie. La recherche développée tente de mettre en évidence le róle transcendantal joué par la femme productrice de cacao dans le développement régional durable de la municipalité de Maripi, Boyacá, Colombie, suite a la periode post-conflit.A cette fin, sur la base de l'étude de cas, dans l'association ASOCAPAZ, il est évident que les femmes, avec leur esprit d'entreprise, sont des pro­tagonistes du développement durable: (i) dans la sphére socia le, générant des actions de la famille paysanne, a la recherche de la renaissance du terrain comme occasion d'inclusion; ii) dans le domaine économi­que, ses dirigeants soutiennent les activi­tés nécessaires pour vaincre la pauvreté; et (iii) dans la perspective environnementale, leurs actions contribuent a l'application de Bonnes Pratiques Environnementales et de Bonnes Pratiques Agricoles. En ce sens, la substitution des cultures permet une amé­lioration importante de l'environnement de la municipalité de Maripi.Este estudo faz parte do pro jeto ''.A agricul­tura familiar de cacau e associatividade no oeste de Boyacá",gerido pelo Grupo GIDICON da Universidade Pedagógica e Tecnológica da Colombia.A pesquisa desenvolvida pro­cura ressaltar o papel transcendental que a mulher agricultora de cacau desempenhou no desenvolvimento regional sustentável no município de Maripi Boyacá no perío­do pós-conflito.
