description El diagnóstico administrativo se ha desarrollado en la Empresa Indumaq Ltda, con el propósito fundamental de conocer la organización administrativa y el funcionamiento de cada una de las áreas, con la finalidad de detectar las causas y efectos de los problemas administrativos de la empresa, para analizar y proponer alternativas viables de solución que ayuden a la erradicación de los mismos. Analizando cada una de las zonas de gestión, operación y transferencia se establecieron que para poder competir y prestar el mejor y más completo servicio se debe llevar a cabo un excelente control, prestar el servicio de crédito a los clientes que requieran financiar sus productos y por último implementar el área de servicio al cliente.
