Recientemente los modelos urbanos buscan planificar ciudades policéntricas para ofrecer calidad de vida. Uno de estos modelos es el de hiperproximidad que hace referencia al exceso de servicios basados en las necesidades de la población en la menor distancia posible. Gracias a la pandemia del Covid-19, este modelo cobra mayor importancia, ya que los ciudadanos buscan mayor accesibilidad a sus necesidades haciendo uso de la movilidad activa. Ante tal panorama se propone una estrategia de ordenamiento territorial basada en la hiperproximidad para mejorar la resiliencia urbana en dos barrios de Bogotá. El enfoque metodológico se centró en tres fases: selección del área de estudio, evaluación de la oferta de servicios y análisis de proximidad; en cada fase fue necesario el uso de SIG. Los resultados sugieren que las áreas de estudio no suplen las necesidades básicas de hiperproximidad establecidas para la investigación, al mismo tiempo hay déficit en el espacio público y de zonas verdes que se víncula con la inseguridad y el comercio informal, además, hay poca mixtura de usos que se puede explicar por la falta de actualización en la normatividad. Es así como la estrategia de planificación en los barrios de estudio debe estar orientada a promover el aumento de establecimientos en las necesidades de aprendizaje, cuidado y entretenimiento; asimismo, debe vincular la salud pública, la participación ciudadana y el suelo mixto. |

Uno de estos modelos es el de hiperproximidad que hace referencia al exceso de servicios basados en las necesidades de la población en la menor distancia posible. Gracias a la pandemia del Covid-19, este modelo cobra mayor importancia, ya que los ciudadanos buscan mayor accesibilidad a sus necesidades haciendo uso de la movilidad activa. Ante tal panorama se propone una estrategia de ordenamiento territorial basada en la hiperproximidad para mejorar la resiliencia urbana en dos barrios de Bogotá. El enfoque metodológico se centró en tres fases: selección del área de estudio, evaluación de la oferta de servicios y análisis de proximidad; en cada fase fue necesario el uso de SIG. Los resultados sugieren que las áreas de estudio no suplen las necesidades básicas de hiperproximidad establecidas para la investigación, al mismo tiempo hay déficit en el espacio público y de zonas verdes que se víncula con la inseguridad y el comercio informal, además, hay poca mixtura de usos que se puede explicar por la falta de actualización en la normatividad. Es así como la estrategia de planificación en los barrios de estudio debe estar orientada a promover el aumento de establecimientos en las necesidades de aprendizaje, cuidado y entretenimiento; asimismo, debe vincular la salud pública, la participación ciudadana y el suelo mixto.Recently the urban models look for planned polycentric cities to offer a quality of life. One of these models is hyper-proximity which references the excess of services based on the population needs in the shortest possible distance. Due to the Covid- 19 pandemic, this model gains great im-portance, since citizens seek greater accessibility to their needs by making use of active mobility. Given this outlook, a territorial planning strategy based on hyper-proximity is proposed to im-prove the urban resilience in two neighborhoods of Bogotá. The methodological approach was focus on three phases: study area selection, services offer evaluation, and proximity analysis; in each phase was necessary the use of GIS. The results suggest that the services areas do not supply the hyper-proximity needs established for the research, at the same time, there is a lack in public spaces and green areas that is related to the insecurity and street trade, furthermore, there are few mixed lands uses because of the lack of updating in normative.
