Debido al descontento que se generó en diferentes organizaciones sociales, de trabajadores de la salud, académicos, pacientes, estudiantes y comunidad en general, por la propuesta de ley ordinaria en salud, entregada por el Gobierno Nacional al Legislativo en 2013, se conformó la Mesa Nacional por el Derecho a la Salud (MNDS). Estos actores crearon el movimiento para hacer frente a la iniciativa, decidieron en primera medida frenar este proyecto de leyy posteriormente construir un nuevo modelo de Seguridad Social en Salud. Es por ello que se vuelve importante un acompañamiento desde la comunicación que haga mediáticas y visibles estas manifestacion espara mostrar una lucha unificada por los mismo objetivos. Para esta investigación es importante comprender y proponer vías de solución desde el periodismo público que, según Ana María Miralles(2006),debe ocuparse de las preocupaciones ciudadanas haciéndolas visibles al público y abriendo un espacio para la participación. Desde esta perspectiva se crean estrategias comunicativas para que la MNDS conformada por distintas asociaciones pueda masificar su mensaje y concientizar a la población en la defensa de un derecho vital: el Derecho a la Salud. En este sentido se le brinda un soporte a la organización para que partiendo de la construcción de sujeto crítico, que es al mismo tiempo un ciudadano capaz de interferir en los asuntos de agenda pública, logren ampliar la cantidad de receptores del mensaje y los impulsen a ser activos socialmente para lograr las metas trazadas en la conformación de la organización. |

These actors created the movement to face the initiative, they decided in the first place to stop this bill and later they will build a new model of Social Security in Health. That is why it becomes important to support from the communication that makes these Spanish demonstrations media and visible to show a unified fight for the same objectives. For this investigation, it is important to understand and propose solutions through public journalism, which, according to Ana María Miralles (2006), must address citizen concerns, making them visible to the public and opening a space for participation. From this perspective, communication strategies are created for the MNDS made up of different associations that can spread its message and raise awareness among the population in defense of a vital right: the Right to Health. In this sense, we provide support to the organization so that it participates in the construction of the critical subject, who is at the same time a citizen capable of interfering in the affairs of
