Se aborda el diseño de un objeto arquitectónico cuyo destino es el alojamiento de los turistas que visitan el municipio de Florián, en el departamento de Santander, el cual posee una serie de atractivos naturales, visitados constantemente por extranjeros y nacionales. El proyecto arquitectónico busca una relación fuerte con los atractivos turísticos por lo que su emplazamiento se realiza en una zona centralizada con respecto a estos y con visual directa a uno de los más importantes atractivos naturales conocido como “ventanas de Tisquizoque” en base al cual se realiza la propuesta formal del objeto generando un escalonamiento emulando las cascadas del sitio natural y al mismo tiempo adaptándose a la fuerte inclinación del terreno. El diseño se aborda teniendo en cuenta principalmente la característica ecológica de la zona, buscando crear un objeto que se relacione adecuadamente con su contexto y cuyo impacto ambiental sea el mínimo, para lo cual se tiene especial cuidado en sus aspectos técnicos constructivos, utilizando estrategias bioclimáticas que mantengan un buen confort térmico y disminuyan el consumo de energía y utilizando materiales locales como la madera la cual se ha venido explotando desde los inicios del pueblo y cuyo uso da también la posibilidad de elaborar programas de reforestación que hagan esta actividad más amigable con el medio ambiente. |

The architectural project seeks a strong relationship with the tourist attractions so its location is made in a centralized area with respect to these and with direct visual to one of the most important natural attractions known as "Tisquizoque winddows" on the basis of which performs the formal proposal of the object generating a staggered emulation of the waterfalls of the natural site and at the same time adapting to the strong slope of the land.
