El presente trabajo consiste en una investigación de tipo cualitativo, descriptivo. Se empleó la metodología del estudio de caso y los resultados se basaron en el análisis de cuatro fuentes documentales, entrevista forense a la víctima, entrevista psicológica forense al victimario, notas de campo del perito psicólogo forense y pruebas psicológicas aplicadas al sujeto. Las categorías analizadas fueron Distorsiones cognitivas frente a la sexualidad, Desarrollo Moral, Estilo de Crianza y Rasgos de Personalidad de un adulto joven acusado por acceso carnal abusivo con menor de catorce años. Se encontró que el sujeto presenta distorsiones cognitivas respecto al contacto sexual entre un adulto y un niño, tiende a considerar que las relaciones sexuales en la infancia son normales, atribuye a la víctima voluntad de coparticipación en los hechos, no reconoce el daño sino como una consecuencia no deseada y un mal recuerdo, presenta un nivel bajo de desarrollo moral para la edad, heterónomo y pre convencional, tiene actitudes de aislamiento, desafiantes, oposicionismo, introversión, baja sensibilidad y baja empatía. El estilo de crianza es diferente en el padre y la madre, la madre tiende a la indulgencia y el padre a un estilo autoritario. Los rasgos de personalidad responden a la configuración de un trastorno de la personalidad antisocial. |

The case study methodology was used and the results were based on the analysis of four documentary sources, a forensic interview with the victim, a forensic psychological interview with the perpetrator, field notes from the forensic psychologist expert, and psychological tests applied to the subject. The categories analyzed were Cognitive distortions regarding sexuality, Moral Development, Parenting Style and Personality Traits of a young adult accused of abusive carnal access with a minor under fourteen years of age. It was found that the subject presents cognitive distortions regarding sexual contact between an adult and a child, tends to consider that sexual relations in childhood are normal, attributes to the victim a willingness to share in the facts, does not recognize the damage but as a unwanted consequence and a bad memory, presents a low level of moral development for the age, heteronomous and pre-conventional, has attitudes of isolation, defiant, oppositional, introverted, low sensitivity and low empathy. The parenting style is different in the father and mother, the mother tends to indulgence and the father to an authoritarian style.
