The investigations of this edition are the development of topics that include a great content of social and legal issues, both in a national and international context. On this occasion, the Magazine Principia Iuris, 30 Serial, presents its research development in three sections: The first section, studies THE TEXTUAL AND CONTEXTUAL RELATIONSHIP OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE FIELD OF THE PROTECTION OF BOYS, GIRLS AND TEENAGERS; that is oriented towards a concrete vision of the teleological scope of social inclusion in Colombia. The second, addresses, ORDINARY AND TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE; an approximation adjusted to the general principles of Law. And finally, PUBLIC POLICIES, GLOBALIZATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW IN COLOMBIA; seeking to establish parameters in the current model of Justice Administration. The effort, permanent and inexhaustible of the jurists and participants of this edition, we highlight, and with its greatness, all the science of law.

Las investigaciones de esta edición son el desarrollo de temas que abarcan gran contenido de problemáticas sociales y jurídicas, tanto en un contexto nacional como internacional. En esta oportunidad, la Revista Principia Iuris, Seriado 30, presenta su desarrollo investigativo en tres secciones: La primera, estudia LA RELACIÓN TEXTUAL Y CONTEXTUAL DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN EL ÁMBITO DE PROTECCIÓN DE LOS NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES; que se orienta hacia una visión concreta de los alcances teleológicos de inclusión social en Colombia. La segunda, aborda LA JUSTICIA ORDINARIA Y TRANSICIONAL; una aproximación ajustada a los principios generales del Derecho. Les recherches de cette édition sont le développement de sujets qui comprennent un grand contenu de problématiques sociaux et juridiques, tant dans un contexte national comme international. A cette occasion, la revue Principia Iuris, Série 30, présente son développement de recherche en trois sections: la première section étudie LA RELATION TEXTUELLE ET CONTEXTUELLE DES DROITS DE L’HOMME DANS LE DOMAINE DE PROTECTION DES GARÇONS, DES FILLES ET DES ADOLESCENTS. Cette section s’oriente vers une visión concrète des portées téléologiques d’inclusion sociale en Colombie. La deuxième section traite LA JUSTICE ORDINAIRE ET TRANSITIONNELLE; une approximation adaptée aux príncipes généraux du droit.
