The project aims at the transformation of subjects and to produce changes in education activities to generate reflection, appropiation and new actions in accordance with the process of “learning by doing.” With the methodology of participatory research-action in education, new proposals are formulated in the formation of teachers and students. Finally, preliminary results are presented about the main didactic method used for projectsEn este artículo se presenta una propuesta para la formación de docentes y estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Santo Tomás, seccional Tunja, mediante procesos didácticos. Se busca promover el compromiso con la pedagogía y la didáctica, así como la responsabilidad con el medioambiente. El proyecto pretende la transformación de los sujetos y producir cambios en los procesos educativos, para generar actividades de reflexión, apropiación y nuevas acciones de acuerdo con el proceso de “aprender haciendo”. Con la metodología de investigación-acción participativa en educación se formulan propuestas de formación docente y estudiantil, y luego se presentan resultados parciales del proceso de la investigación que se está desarrollando.
