The object of study is reflective - interpretive, through which a constructive broad perspective, analytical, critical and presents; on women in the current labor system, and performance of role of mother. Is discussed at length the impact on the family, especially for children and the mother, the current labor policy, particularly on the performance and development of daily activities. The model of family and cultural transformation processes is defined by diversity, the family is no longer the core of society. The current working conditions, more specifically public policy in Colombia, do not allow women to have enough for the upbringing and education of children time, causing many social problems that children suffer at the stage of adolescence such as the drug abuse, unwanted pregnancies; alcoholism, eating disorders, armed groups, antisocial disorders, among others.

El objeto de estudio es reflexivo – interpretativo, a través del cual se presenta una perspectiva amplia, analítica, crítica y constructiva sobre la mujer dentro del sistema laboral actual, y su desempeño de rol de madre. Se analiza de forma amplia el impacto que tiene en la familia, especialmente para los hijos y la madre, la política laboral actual, en particular sobre el desempeño y desarrollo de las actividades diarias. El modelo de familia y los procesos de transformación cultural están definidos por la diversidad, la familia ya no es el núcleo de la sociedad. Las condiciones laborales actuales, más específicamente la política pública en Colombia, no permiten que las mujeres tengan el tiempo suficiente para la crianza y educación de los hijos, provocando múltiples problemas sociales como pueden ser la drogadicción, embarazos no deseados, alcoholismo, trastornos alimenticios, grupos armados, trastornos antisociales, entre otros.Ce document vise à déterminer l’incidence de la femme actuelle Système Travail dans la performance de rôle de mère au sein de la famille, notamment la garde des enfants. L’objet d’étude est le reflet - interprétation, à travers laquelle une large perspective constructive, analytique, critique et cadeaux; sur les femmes dans le système de travail actuel, et les performances de rôle de mère. Est longuement discuté de l’impact sur la famille, en particulier pour les enfants et la mère, la politique du travail actuel, en particulier sur la performance et le développement des activités quotidiennes. Le modèle de processus de transformation familiales et culturelles est défini par la diversité, la famille est plus le noyau de la société.
