En ella expresa el derrotero filosófico que él sienta para defender la Independencia y consolidar el poder de la República en la América española, y constituye estandarte socio-político del pensamiento Bolivariano, para Latinoamérica.Cet article présente une brève réflexion sur la Charte de la Jamaïque, instrument historique écrit par Simon Bolivar, qui contient une érudition politique révélatrice et une grande sensibilité sociale de son auteur, le Bolivar général.
