La ciudad de Tunja se ha desarrollado a partir de su centro histórico en el cual muchas de sus intervenciones no han sido las más adecuadas, perdiendo identidad y borrando la memoria que ha dejado huella a través de los años, de igual forma su pérdida de espacio público y la carencia de equipamientos culturales adecuados. Como resultado vemos que el centro histórico ha perdido su identidad cultural, apropiación de patrimonio actual, carencia de actividades culturales y educativas, ha bajado su actividad turística ya que no se les ha dado importancia a sus mayores atractivos, no se le da una alternativa a la población del aprovechamiento de tiempo libre. Se propone un equipamiento urbano arquitectónico de interés e impacto cultural educativo en el sector ¨El Bosque¨, así revitalizando el Bosque de la república el cual es monumento nacional, actualmente se encuentra en conflicto debido a varias problemáticas como lo son el abandono, la falta de apropiación e inseguridad que esto genera. Con este trabajo se quiere integrar a toda la población generando espacios arquitectónicos y urbanos diferentes a los habituales, y los existentes que no han sido aprovechados o se les ha dado un mal uso, generar identidad y apropiación de nuestro patrimonio e historia y darle el valor que no se le ha dado a través del tiempo. |

Como resultado vemos que el centro histórico ha perdido su identidad cultural, apropiación de patrimonio actual, carencia de actividades culturales y educativas, ha bajado su actividad turística ya que no se les ha dado importancia a sus mayores atractivos, no se le da una alternativa a la población del aprovechamiento de tiempo libre. Se propone un equipamiento urbano arquitectónico de interés e impacto cultural educativo en el sector ¨El Bosque¨, así revitalizando el Bosque de la república el cual es monumento nacional, actualmente se encuentra en conflicto debido a varias problemáticas como lo son el abandono, la falta de apropiación e inseguridad que esto genera. Con este trabajo se quiere integrar a toda la población generando espacios arquitectónicos y urbanos diferentes a los habituales, y los existentes que no han sido aprovechados o se les ha dado un mal uso, generar identidad y apropiación de nuestro patrimonio e historia y darle el valor que no se le ha dado a través del tiempo.The city of Tunja has developed from its historic center in which many of its interventions have not been the most appropriate, losing identity and erasing the memory that has left its mark over the years, as well as its loss of space. public and the lack of adequate cultural facilities.
