description Este proyecto se desarrolla en el marco del conflicto armado en Colombia como respuesta a la política pública de atención y reparación a las víctimas del conflicto armado interno colombiano, establecida mediante la creación de la ley 1448 del 2011 (ley de víctimas y restitución de tierras) y los acuerdos de paz. En esta política, se hace un reconocimiento a las víctimas y se propone dentro de sus principales componentes la necesidad de atención y asistencia inter disciplinaria por medio de “centros regionales de atención y reparación”, los cuales están encargados de reunir en un solo espacio las diferentes ofertas institucionales y brindar nuevos entornos de interacción e integración social para dicha población. Teniendo en cuenta esto, la arquitectura se presenta como un medio de dignificación a las víctimas en el departamento de Casanare, donde no existe este tipo de espacios centrales dedicados a la atención integral de forma más accesible, la resolución de problemáticas individuales y colectivas, la capacitación de funcionarios y víctimas en el tema y la construcción de la memoria histórica y la paz en comunidad.

Teniendo en cuenta esto, la arquitectura se presenta como un medio de dignificación a las víctimas en el departamento de Casanare, donde no existe este tipo de espacios centrales dedicados a la atención integral de forma más accesible, la resolución de problemáticas individuales y colectivas, la capacitación de funcionarios y víctimas en el tema y la construcción de la memoria histórica y la paz en comunidad.This project is developed within the framework of the armed conflict in Colombia in response to the public policy of care and reparation for the victims of the colombian internal armed conflict, established through the creation of law 1448 of 2001 (victims and land restitution law) and peace agreements. In this policy, the victims are recognized and the need for interdisciplinary care and assistance through "regional centers for attention and reparation" is proposed within its main components, which are responsible for bringing together the different institutional offers and provide new environments for interaction and social integration for said population.
