El centro cultural Integrar Nutibara nace a partir de la investigación del territorio y teniendo como objetivo principal las dinámicas asociadas a la habitabilidad y actividades de los seres humanos. Este centro cultural va a estar ubicado en el barrio tenche en la comuna 16 de la ciudad de Medellín. La intención de esta propuesta, es unificar la segregación de los equipamientos y espacios públicos del sector generando dinamismo y afluencia de personas con el fin de disminuir la inseguridad de la zona e integrar las dinámicas socio-culturales. Es por este motivo que se establecen diferentes incógnitas tales como: ¿Cómo se relacionan las personas?, ¿Qué necesidades tienen para el esparcimiento dentro de la ciudad? Y por último ¿Cómo integrar la ciudad, la cotidianidad y la habitabilidad de forma equilibrada? Estas premisas permiten analizar y entender el lugar con la finalidad de desarrollar la propuesta proyectual de la mejor manera y así responder al entorno, a la ciudad y los modos de vida de los ciudadanos, brindarles a estos espacios como: teatrinos, bibliotecas, talleres de danza, zonas verdes, senderos ecológicos, con el fin de que se convierta en un referente de ciudad. |

This cultural center will be located in the tenche neighborhood in commune 16 of the Medellin city. The intention of this proposal is to unify the segregation of facilities and public spaces of the sector generating dynamism and influx of people in order to reduce insecurity in the area and integrate the dynamics socio-cultural. It is for this reason that different unknowns are established such as: How do people relate? What needs do they have for recreation? Inside the city? And lastly, how to integrate the city, everyday life and habitability in a balanced way?
