A través del método de filtro de ideas se pudo seleccionar la mejor idea emprendedora innovadora para favorecer la acreditación de la universidad y el crecimiento continuo del centro para el desarrollo local, provincial y regional, con el fin de fortalecer los convenios de cooperación académica en pro de desarrollar competencias y competitividad desde el intraemprendimiento y el emprendimiento social en un contexto.

The teacher - tutor becomes the dynamic between the content of a discipline in which he has mastered and the student who is apprehending; between theory and practice the essence of his mission as a teacher is constructed.
