En este informe se detallan las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía desarrollada en la empresa SILEX S.A.S, con una duración de 4 meses y un total de 608 horas en donde se desempeñaron funciones propias de un ingeniero auxiliar de residencia en las que se destaca principalmente la supervisión del mejoramiento vial y obras de drenaje, revisión de planos, control de personal y maquinaria, actividades necesarias en la ejecución del proyecto que atiende las necesidades propias de la población. En el documento en primer lugar, se presenta una introducción que describe el contexto de la pasantía y los objetivos principales. A continuación, se detallan las actividades realizadas que abordan cada una de las funciones desempeñadas durante el periodo de la práctica. Posteriormente, se incluye un análisis de los impactos generados por la obra y durante el desarrollo de las actividades como pasante. Finalmente, se concluye con los resultados obtenidos durante el trabajo realizado. A partir del trabajo que se realizó en la vía Arcabuco-La Palma, Gámbita se demuestra el interés en aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos fundamentales de una obra vial, además de ser una preparación para futuras oportunidades laborales en la profesión, durante la pasantía, se enfrentaron desafíos significativos que pusieron a prueba las capacidades de resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo. La interacción constante con ingenieros y otros profesionales del sector fue esencial para aprender sobre las prácticas en la ejecución de obras, así como para comprender la importancia de la comunicación efectiva y la coordinación entre los diferentes actores involucrados en el proyecto. |
