Rionegro, como centro de desarrollo del Oriente Antioqueño, tiene una infraestructura adecuada en aspectos económicos, urbanos, viales, comerciales, residenciales, educativos; sin embargo en cuanto al tema cultural, está deficiente en relación con la infraestructura adecuada para las manifestaciones artísticas callejeras, donde en los últimos años han venido surgiendo en dicho municipio, enfocándose de manera informal en espacios no aptos e incluyentes para la realización de estas actividades , como ocurre en el sector El Porvenir, donde con gran frecuencia se observan expresiones artísticas como danza, circo, teatro, música y otras expresiones de cultura callejera que se han visto obligadas a adaptarse a la informalidad espacial, como lo son los parques infantiles, vías públicas, salones comunales, residencias familiares Debido a este crecimiento cultural y artístico, se plantea un equipamiento óptimo para la realización de dichas actividades, por medio de un módulo, que ayude al ordenamiento de espacios multidisciplinares que faciliten las practicas y eventos artísticos en dicho edificio. Gracias a la realización del equipamiento cultural, el municipio se verá beneficiado, ya que el arte y la cultura se potenciará dentro de la sociedad, a demás con este equipamiento se podrán realizar eventos de gran magnitud a los que Rionegro le apuesta como lo son El Festival internacional Rock al Río, Festival internacional de Caricatura, entre otros. |
