To that end, this edition offers its readers topics related to Andean Community law and Colombian land use planning; likewise, classic contents of public procurement are addressed, such as the importance of bidding documents in public works contracts. On the other hand, the edition also presents novel reflections by academics on asbestos in Colombia, on the role of legal clinics in the post-conflict and in relation to public policies in the framework of land ownership by rural women.La edición enero-junio de 2021 de la Revista IUSTA ha querido proponer a la comunidad académica artículos producto de proyectos de investigación institucionales, cuyo contenido evidencia novedad y complejidad jurídica en el sistema jurídico colombiano. Para tal efecto, la presente edición ofrece a sus lectores temáticas relacionadas con el derecho comunitario andino y con el ordenamiento territorial colombiano; asimismo, se abordan contenidos clásicos de la contratación estatal como la importancia de los pliegos de condiciones en el contrato estatal de obra. Por otro lado, la edición presenta también reflexiones novedosas de académicos frente al asbesto en Colombia, sobre el papel de los consultorios jurídicos en el posconflicto y en relación con las políticas públicas desde el marco de la propiedad de la tierra por mujeres rurales.A edição janeiro-junho de 2021 da Revista IUSTA apresenta à comunidade acadêmica artigos resultado de projetos de pesquisa institucionais, cujo conteúdo evidencia novidades e complexidades jurídicas no sistema jurídico colombiano. Para isso, esta edição oferece a seus leitores temáticas relacionadas com o direito comunitário andino e com o ordenamento territorial colombiano; além disso, são abordados conteúdos clássicos da contratação estatal como a importância dos cadernos de encargos na contratação estatal de obra.
