Asimismo, plantea mecanismos de seguimiento y evaluación para su implementación.Migration management in Colombia faces important challenges derived from increasing and complex migration flows. This requires strengthening Migration Colombia's institutional capacities to provide an effective response. The objective of this strategic plan is to improve the efficiency and international cooperation of Migration Colombia to optimize processes and services for users. After a diagnosis, it proposes strategies in areas such as: bilateral cooperation agreements, participation in international bodies, exchange of migration information and best practices, development of qualified personnel focused on ensuring the rights of migrants. It also establishes monitoring focused on improving response times to immigration procedures as well as user satisfaction. The implementation of alert notifications and process automation stand out. Achieving the established goals depends on the commitment of all areas involved. Ultimately, it seeks to provide more agile migration management focused on guaranteeing access to rights and border security.
