La finalidad de este trabajo es plantear la importancia de desarrollar un proyecto que vincule el municipio de Ciudad Bolívar con las zonas de desarrollo, propuestas por el PBOT. Con lo anterior, se pretende ejecutar la iniciativa de contribuir, fortalecer y mejorar aquellas zonas que se encuentran en el olvido; intentando vincularlas con las más accesibles. El objetivo principal radica en la intención de influenciar sobre el progreso y mejoras respecto a los escenarios sociales y culturales. En este orden de ideas, se pretende destacar el enfoque cultural, pues el municipio cuenta con una enorme riqueza, sin embargo, debido a que se encuentra en vía de desarrollo masivo, progresivamente va alejando las costumbres autóctonas que identifican al mismo. Bajo esta iniciativa, nace el proyecto Museo del Café con el cual se busca fortalecer y resaltar lo que representa el café para Ciudad Bolívar |

The purpose of this work is to raise the importance of developing a project that links the municipality of Ciudad Bolívar with the development zones, proposed by the PBOT.
