Summary:In the present investigation, information is analyzed with the objective of defining the profile of the managerial woman and comparing the leadership behaviors of men and women in the tequila companies of Jalisco, Mexico. The study is a research with a transversal quantitative approach and a descriptive scope, the population is the tequila companies of Jalisco, it was determined to interview those with more than 30 workers, obtaining a sample of 12 companies and in the end they could survey 8, in where 38 managers were interviewed 12 women and 26 men. With the results obtained, a profile of the managerial woman was determined, and it is also evident that the leader behaviors in women are task-oriented.
