El edificio es el resultado de la suma de elementos inherentes tanto sociales como espaciales del lugar donde se encuentra, atendiendo a la necesidad de áreas capaces de contener las inclinaciones deportivas y vocacionales de la comunidad. Como punto de partida, una vez priorizada las necesidades de la población del barrio Villabel, mediante un análisis e interpretación de que son los Centros Deportivos, que espacios lo componen y como se clasifican, se definen las dimensiones, componentes, actuaciones y futuras transformaciones que pueda tener el edificio dentro de Villabel.

As a starting point, once the needs of the population of the Villabel neighborhood have been prioritized, through an analysis and interpretation of what the Sports Centers are, what spaces they comprise and how they are classified, the dimensions, components, actions and future transformations that are defined are defined.
