Esta sistematicidad ha transfigurado la orientación patriarcal que tuvo la patria potestad en su origen.Al mismo tiempo se hace especial hincapié a los cambios experimentados asociados a la desintegración social, que se desprenden por la degradación del núcleo social debido a la disfuncionalidad de las familias, sumado a esto, hace parte el abandono del menor por parte del padre como consecuencia de la falta de: temor de asumir el rol de padre a temprana edad y recursos económicos, responsabilidad, que se suman a otros factores de crisis que según un estudio hecho en 47 naciones, Colombia es el país donde la gente se casa menos, apenas la mitad de los hogares tienen a los dos padres y 40 por ciento de los niños, niñas y adolescentes viven con otras personas además de su familia. À l’heure actuelle, l’institution familiale donne un rôle central à expliquer de différentes disciplines comportements individuels et collectifs dans des environnements internes et externes appelés famille noyau liés à la société en tant que telle, où les facteurs de risque psychosociaux prenant part importante déclenchés dans les questions relatives aux motifs de déchéance des droits parentaux, parce que la norme juridique qui soutient en Colombie, qui a été transformé de manière significative le régime de protection des enfants et des adolescents.
