Este proyecto se realiza en Pueblo Bello (cesar); un municipio que actualmente cuenta con unas riquezas desde lo cultural hasta lo turístico, es aquí donde se plantea un proyecto que responda al lugar y a una comunidad como es la Arhuaca,siendo tan importante en el municipio ,ya que ha sido una cultura que no se le ha dado la importancia que merece en el territorio.
