The above in order to find analogies, differences and ways of concei­ving processes of violence and peaceful understanding between the parties in conflict from events that occu­rred in societies such as Colombia, where peace has been seen at various prolonged moments of its absent existence of the feeling of the people.El presente artículo analiza los aportes literarios que se hicieron en el mundo grecorromano en relación con las diferentes maneras de concebir la paz. Lo anterior, con el fin de hallar analogías, diferencias y modos de concebir procesos de violencia y entendimiento pacífi­co entre las partes enfrentadas a partir de sucesos acae­cidos en sociedades como la colombiana, en donde la paz se ha visto, en varios momentos prolongados de su existencia, ausente del sentir de las gentes.Este artigo analisa as contribuições literárias feitas no mundo greco-romano em relação às diferentes formas de conceber a paz.
