La importancia cada vez mayor del análisis de datos en tiempo real en diversas industrias ha apuntalado la necesidad de herramientas de interpretación de datos más sofisticadas. Este documento presenta el concepto de una aplicación web diseñada para mejorar las capacidades operativas del equipo a bordo de Deutsche Telekom en Alemania. Se prevé que la aplicación ayude en el análisis eficiente e intuitivo de los datos de vuelos obtenidos de múltiples aerolíneas en asociación con Deutsche Telekom. La fuerza impulsora detrás de la aplicación propuesta son las limitaciones de la herramienta administrativa actual, que solo ofrece datos numéricos sin ninguna visualización gráfica. La aplicación web propuesta tiene como objetivo revolucionar la forma en que se monitorean e interpretan los datos de vuelo al proporcionar actualizaciones en tiempo real a través de una interfaz gráfica fácil de usar. Además, pretende ofrecer una instantánea completa del estado de los servicios de conexión de red en los vuelos. Esto permitiría al equipo identificar de forma proactiva posibles interrupciones del servicio y abordarlas con prontitud, minimizando el impacto en la experiencia a bordo y, en consecuencia, mejorando la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. También se espera que la aplicación web ofrezca información valiosa sobre los patrones de uso de los servicios de Internet a bordo, lo que permitirá al equipo de Inflight diseñar estrategias para promover estos servicios, superar posibles barreras para la adopción y mejorar la rentabilidad. |

This document introduces the concept of a web application designed to enhance the operational capabilities of Deutsche Telekom's Inflight team in Germany. The application is envisaged to aid in the efficient and intuitive analysis of flight data sourced from multiple airlines in partnership with Deutsche Telekom. The driving force behind the proposed application is the limitations of the current administrative tool, which only offers raw numerical data without any graphical visualization. The proposed web application aims to revolutionize the way flight data is monitored and interpreted by providing real-time updates via a user-friendly graphical interface. Moreover, it intends to deliver a comprehensive snapshot of the status of network connection services on flights. This would enable the team to proactively identify potential service disruptions and address them promptly, minimizing the impact on the inflight experience and consequently improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
