description	The family, the educational system, the human being and the State are an integral part in the process of the individuals’ formation. Principles and values are forged and based on the family as the fundamental nucleus. These principles and values will be strengthened in the academic training process, in this part, they get empowered and they will project some behaviors that will be implemented into the State institutions, private organizations and in all human relations. If the formation process gets disconnect from one of these chains, it will be an incomplete progress. This process shall not have the inputs required for achieving an ethical behavior, and this is one of the privileged guidelines of the society, and, for law professionals, furthermore, without those sufficient elements their behaviors could have disciplinarian objections. The aim is to generate a reflection regarding the role and commitment of the family and the State’s educational system in public education, and individuals in the private one, who have arranged for the training of children, students and professionals, from a starting point and ethical source, facing the evolution that social demands represent.

La familia por ser el núcleo fundamental en donde se cimientan y forjan los principios y valores que luego han de ser fortalecidos en el proceso de formación académica en el cual se empoderan y desde donde se proyectan comportamientos que posteriormente se realizan ante las instituciones del Estado y ante las organizaciones de carácter privado y, en general, en toda relación humana. Un proceso de formación que se desconecte de cada uno de estos eslabones, avanza incompleto y sin los insumos necesarios para lograr un comportamiento ético dentro de los lineamientos que la misma sociedad ha privilegiado y, para los profesionales en derecho, además, sin los elementos suficientes para que su comportamiento profesional no tenga reparos desde lo disciplinario. Se pretende generar una reflexión respecto del rol y el compromiso de la familia y el sistema educativo del Estado en la educación pública, y de los particulares en la privada, que han dispuesto en procura de la formación de los hijos, estudiantes y profesionales, desde una partida y fuente ética, frente a la evolución que las exigencias sociales representan.La famille, le système éducatif, l'être humain et l'État font partie intégrante du processus de formation des individus. La famille est le noyau fondamental sur lequel se fondent et se forgent les principes et les valeurs, qui doivent ensuite être renforcés dans le processus de formation académique dans lequel ils sont habilités et à partir duquel sont projetés les comportements qui sont ensuite adoptés devant les institutions de l'État et les organisations privées et, en général, dans toutes les relations humaines. Un processus de formation qui est déconnecté de chacun de ces liens est incomplet et manque de l'apport nécessaire pour parvenir à un comportement éthique dans le cadre des lignes directrices que la société elle-même a privilégiées et, pour les professionnels du droit, également sans éléments suffisants pour garantir que leur comportement professionnel n'a pas d'objections de la part du disciplinaire. L'objectif est de susciter une réflexion sur le rôle et l'engagement de la famille et du système éducatif de l'État dans l'enseignement public, et des particuliers dans l'enseignement privé, qui ont fait des efforts pour éduquer leurs enfants, étudiants et professionnels, à partir d'un point de départ et d'une source éthiques, face à l'évolution que représentent les demandes sociales.A família, o sistema educativo, o ser humano e o Estado são parte integrante do processo de formação dos indivíduos. A família é o núcleo fundamental sobre o qual os princípios e valores são fundados e forjados, os quais devem então ser reforçados no processo de formação académica em que são habilitados e a partir do qual são projectados comportamentos que são posteriormente levados a cabo perante instituições estatais e organizações privadas e, em geral, em todas as relações humanas. Um processo de formação que está desligado de cada uma destas ligações está incompleto e carece do input necessário para alcançar um comportamento ético dentro das directrizes que a própria sociedade tem privilegiado e, para os profissionais do direito, também sem elementos suficientes para garantir que o seu comportamento profissional não tenha objecções do disciplinar.
