El documento es elaborado como evidencia de la práctica profesional y trabajo de grado, presentando en primer lugar la empresa Destiny Invesments Group, aclarando su área de operatividad, valores, funciones, metas, objetivos, como se desenvuelve en el mercado. Se realizan una especificación breve y un recuento de las experiencias vividas por el practicante, por otro lado, se especifican las tareas y obligaciones que por parte de la empresa explicitas en el contrato fueron impuestas al estudiante durante todo el tiempo que duro su proceso de prácticas. También, como parte fundamental del proceso de prácticas, se presenta a lo largo de este documento un plan de mejora que beneficie directamente a la empresa y al desarrollo de sus actividades, siendo sustentado bajo los resultados obtenidos en la realización matrices de análisis, este plan de mejora al mismo momento que el estudiante realiza sus prácticas en la empresa. Al finalizar la lectura se encontrará con los resultados que provienen de la culminación del plan de mejora, como también los comentarios y recomendaciones que realiza el estudiante al realizar sus prácticas al encontrar a lo largo de la misma serie de complejidades o situaciones. También por parte de la empresa a la universidad, estas recomendaciones resaltan el continuo interés que tiene la empresa Destiny Investments Group a seguir contribuyendo con la formación y oferta laboral de nuestros futuros colegas tomasinos. |
