Description
Summary:The article presents a reading on the teaching of philosophy at the secondary level in Argentina. To this end, a periodization is made from aspects of the social-historical-political context considered essential due to its impact on it and the regulations that regulated it. This analysis of the national history —from the mid-nineteenth century to the present— is based on the conception that the teaching of philosophy is only possible from a situationality and that, on the one hand, the omission of it only ignores the complexity that each context brings to this task and, on the other hand, enables us to think of the current conditions as instances of a much broader process.
