Durante este trabajo de opción de grado, se realizó una pasantía en la empresa Schlumberger limited en el área de recursos humanos, más específicamente para el equipo de pagos y transacciones de MCA ( México, Cuba y Venezuela), es una empresa americana, especializada en el área de hidrocarburos, esta compañía, a lo largo de su historia se ha desempañado en la exploración de recursos naturales, pero con el paso del tiempo ha reenfocado su razón social, y hoy se especializa en vender tecnología, energías renovables e incentivar a la población mundial a migrar a las nuevas energías amigables al medio ambiente. En este trabajo de grado también se explica puntualmente las diferentes funciones que desempeño el practicante durante la pasantía, y con esto se expondrán diferentes planes de mejora que expondrá el prácticamente de acuerdo con la experiencia en el cargo, funciones y análisis durante la misma. Al final se generará un proyecto que será entregado al jefe directo de la practicante en donde allí, se expondrán las razones del plan de mejora, los beneficios y las funciones que llevara a cabo esta nueva solución, resultado de una falencia por parte de la compañía. |
