Summary:This document points out some issues to reflect about how justice based on social construction has the possibility to become a requirement to think about peace. This analysis starts from some horizons outlined by Legal Sociology, Legal Anthropology, Social Psychology and Law. The aim is to allow to the reader to do questions that contribute to think Peace in a country that has the join of the armed conflict and doing questions about justice from violence scaling in daily space. Some points of relationship between justice and peace are indicated from State construction, identifying moments and characteristics of these two concepts in the historical events course. The conception of justice through the optics of the complex thought appears, and a discussion about how is possible to think peace from social construction. Key words: justice, social construction, peace.
