El hotel rural propone una solución a la problemática municipal existente en San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander, denotado por la ausencia hotelera en el sector rural. Se diseña un hotel rural para 42 usuarios, sostenible, y ecológico, ofreciendo servicios de alojamiento, el cual pretende para minimizar el impacto ambiental, por medio de módulos que se adaptan a la topografía sin generar una transformación radical, implementando cuatro factores importantes para el proyecto que son, la protección solar, orientación, ventilación y proporciones de llenos y vacíos, así mismo, un sistema de recolección de aguas lluvias y un sistema solar fotovoltaico (paneles), y por último la implementación de materiales de bajo impacto ambiental, con el fin de crear un equilibrio entre el hotel y el medio ambiente. |
