In addition, it specifies the contributions of each of the institutions and the ideal way of operating according to their function, because the Police Function corresponds to an administrative management of the exercise of specific powers assigned by the police power to the administrative police authorities. Finally, some security cooperation strategies are exposed to counteract this crime as a result of an investigation.El artículo describe una apreciación de la importancia de los trabajos de cooperación que se llevan a cabo por las instituciones con funciones de policía judicial, así como las relaciones en torno al abordaje y tratamiento del delito de hurto a vivienda. Además, especifica los aportes de cada una de las instituciones y la forma ideal de operar según su función, porque la Función Policial, corresponde a una gestión administrativa de ejercicio de competencias concretas asignadas por el poder de policía a las autoridades administrativas de policía. Finalmente, se expone unas estrategias de cooperación en seguridad para contrarrestar este delito, resultado de una investigación.L'article décrit une appréciation de l'importance du travail de coopération effectué par les institutions ayant des fonctions de police judiciaire, ainsi que les relations autour de l'approche et du traitement du crime de cambriolage. En outre, il précise les apports de chacune des institutions et la manière idéale de fonctionner en fonction de leur fonction, car la fonction de police correspond à une gestion administrative de l'exercice de compétences spécifiques attribuées par le pouvoir de police aux autorités de police administrative. Enfin, il définit des stratégies de coopération en matière de sécurité pour lutter contre ce délit, qui est le résultat d'une enquête.O artigo descreve uma apreciação da importância do trabalho de cooperação realizado pelas instituições com funções de polícia judiciária, bem como as relações em torno da abordagem e tratamento do delito de roubo. Além disso, especifica as contribuições de cada uma das instituições e a forma ideal de funcionamento de acordo com a sua função, porque a Função de Polícia corresponde a uma gestão administrativa do exercício de competências específicas atribuídas pelo poder policial às autoridades policiais administrativas.
