The above remembering that Thomas Aquino is a current thinking, because:   "Thomistic philosophy is a perennial philosophy, that is, to refer to that transsectal philosophy that always comes back and comes into contact with the new problems of each epoch and that is not displaced or definitively replaced by another (...) it is not only a historical reality, because it possesses a universal substance that surpasses the fashions of all times, although, without a doubt, it must cover in each  restoration new problematizations or new languages "(Cárdenas Sierra & Guarín Ramírez, 2006, p.94 ). ) (External cursive text).

Lo anterior recordando que Tomás de Aquino es pensamiento vigente, puesto que: “la filosofía Tomista es una filosofía Perenne, es decir para referirse a esa filosofía transecular que siempre retorna y entra en contacto con los problemas nuevos de cada época y que no es desplazada o sustituida definitivamente por otra (…) no es tan solo una realidad histórica , porque posee sustancia universal que supera las modas de todos los tiempos , aunque, sin duda , debe revestir en cada restauración o renacimiento las nuevas problematizaciones o los nuevos lenguajes” (Cárdenas Sierra & Guarín Ramírez , 2006, p. 94) (Cursiva fuera texto).Le présent article vise à donner un aperçu de la "Philosophie politique et juridique" de saint Thomas d'Aquin, mettant ainsi en évidence la matérialisation du plexus de valeurs inculquées et promulguées par l'État dans l'intérêt de l'inclusion de "l'autre", c'est-à-dire pour tendre vers le bien collectif en tant qu'"animaux politiques" que nous sommes et que seule la justice établit. Ce qui précède nous rappelle que Thomas d'Aquin est une pensée actuelle, puisque   "la philosophie thomiste est une philosophie Pérenne, c'est-à-dire qu'elle se réfère à cette philosophie transéculaire qui revient toujours et entre en contact avec les nouveaux problèmes de chaque époque et qui n'est pas déplacée ou remplacée définitivement par une autre (...) elle n'est pas seulement une réalité historique, car elle possède une substance universelle qui dépasse les modes de tous les temps, bien que, sans aucun doute, elle doive couvrir à chaque restauration ou Renaissance les nouvelles problématisations ou les nouveaux langages" (Cárdenas Sierra & Guarín Ramírez, 2006, p. 94) (Italique hors texte).O presente artigo visa vislumbrar a "Filosofia Política e Jurídica" de São Tomás de Aquino, destacando assim a materialização do plexo de valores inculcados e promulgados pelo Estado sob o interesse da inclusão do "outro", ou seja, de tender ao bem coletivo como "animais políticos" que somos e só estabelecidos pela justiça.
