El presente libro tiene como principal objetivo evidenciar dos procesos relevantes durante el 2019 en noveno y décimo semestre, como primera etapa, demostrar la ejecución del proyecto de Medellín, en el barrio La Candelaria, sector La Balladera. Se realiza un análisis exhaustivo del lote y de su entorno, observando sus debilidades, fortalezas y oportunidades, para así, generar un proyecto que establezca, interactúe y potencialice una zona de gran importancia para la ciudad, brindando además de vivienda, nuevo comercial y una reorganización de la industria existente. Como segunda etapa, se pretende compartir algunas de las experiencias que se llevaron a cabo como practicante en la oficina UdeB Arquitectos, con el Arquitecto Felipe Uribe de Bedout, permitiéndome participar en diferentes proyectos a nivel de idea básica y anteproyecto, interviniendo desde planimetría, modelados en 3D, maquetas, fotografía, diseños generales y específicos hasta renders y su edición. |

An exhaustive analysis of the lot and its environment is carried out, observing its weaknesses, strengths and opportunities, in order to generate a project that establishes, interacts and potentializes an area of great importance for the city, also providing housing, new commercial and a reorganization of the existing industry.
