From the literature consulted and after its analysis, a procedure to perform the assessment was built, which applies the selected techniques. This procedure was used for the organizational and administrative assessment during the formulation of the project for production and sales of chonto tomato in La Dolores, municipality of Palmira, Valle del Cauca. |
