Description
Summary:The main objective of this project has been the implementation of a mathematical calculation model for the management of the inventory in classification codes A in the company Almacenes Herpo. Based on a pilot test applied to basic codes referenced within those stipulated as classification codes A.This study is focused on the DMAIC methodology, which consists of 5 stages (define, measure, analyze, improve and control), which will be carried out in full compliance with the proposed goals. At each stage of this mythology all variables are quantified and controlled, using statistical tools seen in the Lean Six sigma diploma. It is concluded that many variables exist that impact the good administration of the inventory and it is necessary to control each of them.El abstract es el mismo resumen pero en idioma inglés.
