Description
Summary:This paper proposes to model of planning, programming and control production to one company that make products for the electric sector under a productive environment Job Shop - Make To Order, this company in the last year, in the months on August, September and October fail in fulfillment 70% of orders, with an average delay of 12 business days according to the delivery date agreed with the customers. An causes analysis is carried out and weaknesses have been identified in the planning, programming and control of operations in the production processes for current half and voltage transformers, a model is presented for the elaboration of a plan of production, a master production plan (MPS), material requirements plan (MRP) and a production program validated by means of a selection design for two sequencing rules based on the objectives set, using the scoring methodology is rated as performance indicator the Average Work Delay (RPT) , and the rule First in Arriving First in Service (PLLPS) is selected, finally it is validated in the implementation that the fulfillment of the orders improved by 43% and was reduced the average delay of works to 0 days.
