El edificio es una torre de vivienda colectiva de diez niveles, el cual cuenta con dos usos a saber: Vivienda y equipamiento. Aprovechando la pendiente del lote se separan los usos, donde el equipamiento tiene acceso por la carrera 44A siendo éste un centro de desarrollo infantil y por tanto se convierte en un apoyo para el edificio como para el barrio, prestando el servicio de cuidado al infante. Por la carrera 44 (Avenida Niquitao) se encuentra el acceso al inquilinato con comercio en el primer piso para tener un contacto directo con el transeúnte.
