Description
Summary:The housing project is inserted in the center of the city of Medellín in the Niquitao sector, and emerges as a response to a model of safe and quality housing for the low-income population. The building is a ten-level collective housing tower, which has two uses: Housing and equipment. Taking advantage of the slope of the lot, the uses are separated, where the equipment has access through the 44A race, which is a center for child development and therefore becomes a support for the building and the neighborhood, providing the infant care service. On race 44 (Avenida Niquitao) you will find access to the tenant with trade on the first floor to have direct contact with the passerby. The building has two types of homes: family and individual, separated from each other by a collective area where there are spaces such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, library, terrace, storage, and other accessories. The project is conceived as a response to decent housing
