El principal fin del emprendimiento de piscicultura fue crear una fuente alternativa en la alimentación de las poblaciones aledañas al proyecto, poblaciones que son principalmente reconocidas en el comercio de ganadería y poder competir en el mercado y así ser una opción viable en la canasta familiar con un producto de excelente calidad, a un precio asequible. Esto se logró mediante la producción de peces desde su siembra hasta su cosecha, para luego ser distribuidos. El proceso conllevaba a la adecuación de espacios donde se desarrollarían las faenas, dotándolo de los implementos técnicos para el buen funcionamiento del proceso; contemplando llegar óptimamente al mercado; logrando a futuro una cantidad significativa de producción, capaz de satisfacer la demanda local a lo largo del año sin interrupciones. Se presentan aquí los pormenores de lo que hoy en día es una realidad y que se estima seguirá creciendo y fortaleciéndose. |

This was achieved through the production of fish from planting to harvesting, and then being distributed.
