Summary:This case study that has been called "BE GONE WITH DAD OR LEAVING WITH DR" is the expression of a mother overwhelmed by their emotions, when in one of the consultation sessions presents his son expressing his anguish because he already does not bearable constant complaints about the behavior of his son, both at home and at school. JP is the case which allows to raise the question of how to understand the diagnosis of hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) from a psychoanalytic point of view, applying based on the theory of Freud and Lacan concepts. Initially a description of the case relate personal history and dynamics of family structure is presented. In the development of case 3 sections in which a reflection from two points of view is organized, the first from the perspective of psychiatric diagnosis and a second from psychoanalysis. Accordingly in a first section is entitled Hyperactivity, a glance psychiatry which reflects front to the classification system of the disease. The second ¿hyperactivity, hyper- excitement? : a psychoanalytic look in which a reflection on some instinctual determinants related to overflow arise. And a third called Hyperactivity symptom of the parental couple in which the drives are understood as a result of misunderstanding of the couple, that is the symptom overset child's behavior is a symptom of the couple. Here is an analysis of the case by taking Lacan 1969 with his essay "Two notes about the child." Finally conclusions in the case that arise from understanding the case.
