Summary:The present article approaches from the theory of the Social Representations, the construction of the daily reality that is generated in an educational penitentiary context from the knowledge that is offered in the classes; Bearing in mind the speech of the different actors who do part of this educational process: teachers, students, monitors and boards, for the above mentioned aim participative observations were realized and interview semistructured to a representative sample of each one of the actors involved in the educational project, The Above mentioned study allows to identify the level of knowledge that there have the actors involved on the educational process, and this since it influences the process of resocialization of the boarders demonstrated in the cognitive, affective and social mobilizations who are generated in them from the knowledge acquired in the classes and also the influence that has the penitentiary context in this process.
